Since 1946, groupe GESTAL has acquired the production tools, administrative framework and quality guarantees which have always met the market requirements – they are constantly updated and developed.

4 production plants :
Within 16 000 sq.m.shop floor, the factories include all the activities of the company: sheet metal works, small metal parts, aeronautics, pipe-works, electrical motor rewinding, electrical and mechanical works, lift assembly and installation.

Headquarters :
1 000 sq.m of offices – Accountancy, wages, technical, commercial and design offices.

Quality Assurance manual certified ISO 9001 Version 2000 (LRQA) :
This document describes and codifies the main policies in terms of methods and procedures of the company in order to ensure the quality of our products and services . It is associated to the following specific Quality Assurance Manuals :

• Aeronautics (certification EN 9100 in progress)
• Commissariat à l'Énergie Atomique (French Nuclear Energy commission)
• Nuclear power plants (certification CEFRI)
• Electricity Qualifélec

This total quality policy is carried out along with health and safety control at all levels.

1 MASE certification
Our MASE certification is being processed now.
We have an S.H.E. Plan (occupational, safety, health, and environmental protection. The U.S’ OSHA equivalent) which has been worked out as per MASE references to help us achieve the following main targets :

• Customer satisfaction
• Environment friendliness, people health and safety
• Motivate and get both our personnel and sub-contractors involved.
